Bryan joined the North Way staff in 2006. He has led several local and global outreach initiatives at North Way over the years. He currently provides pastoral leadership at the Hub, and he helps with leadership development across North Way. In addition to his pastoral work at North Way, Bryan serves as the President of Bakke Graduate University. He earned a Doctor of Ministry degree from Bakke Graduate University in 2012. He loves cities, and he currently resides in the South Side neighborhood of Pittsburgh with his wife, Julie. His drink of choice is good black coffee, especially from Ethiopia.

Bri joined the North Way staff in 2015. In addition to leading the Hub, she leads outreach efforts at North Way’s City location. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a minor in Public Policy from Point Park University. Born and raised in Eastern, PA, she resides in the East End of Pittsburgh with her husband, Chris and foster son. Her drink of choice is an iced Chai tea latte.
Ralph Anderson

Ralph joined the North Way staff in 2023. He leads community connection and partnerships at the Hub. Born and raised in East Liberty, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology Education from Tuskegee Institute. He resides in the East End with his wife, Melissa. His drink of choice is any vegetable or fruit smoothie imaginable.
Ariana Henderson

Ariana just recently began her work at the Hub at the start of the 2025-2026 school year. Up until this point, she has worked at various other organizations in the East Side. Ariana graduated in 2024 from the University of Pittsburgh with a B.S. In Applied Developmental Psychology. In addition to her position as the Hub's Coordinator, she is a graduate student at Pitt pursuing a Master's degree in social work. In her free time, Ariana enjoys spending time with friends and family.
